Dear rangers, pilots and commanders,
Our games are back online, and so are most of our websites. A fire alarm at the European data center that is playing a big part in our games’ infrastructure had been causing a near-complete service outage that lasted several hours.
Services that were affected and are working again:
- Game servers
- Players that had been online on one of our US or Asian servers at the time of the incident were able to continue playing, limitations applying (e.g. no Gold shop).
- Game forums
- Game websites (dinostorm.com, pirategalaxy.com, steellegions.com)
- Support website
You should all be able to get back in and play. Sorry for the inconvenience!
